The DNA kit you booked online from the given options will be mailed to your home within a short period.
Collect DNA sample
In order to obtain a painless DNA sample, the mouth swabs are mailed to you at your home in a protective envelope.
Mail samples to the lab
Once you gather your DNA samples, send them to the lab by mail.
Receive your results
Your privacy and your test’s confidentiality are always our priorities. Your test result will be uploaded on your secure portal within 3 – 7 business days after testing begins.
Get the Convenience of At-Home Testing
Have the convenience of having your DNA tested at home. We will be able to ship you a Home DNA Kit to your preferred location with all the tools needed to have your sample collected and shipped back to our lab. We can ship separate kits to separate locations if you’d like. It’s important to take note that with legal cases of child custody or support, at-home DNA testing is not considered court-admissible. Non-Court Admissible
Beware of online companies that appear legitimate but ultimately outsource their tests to unregulated labs or ship your DNA samples outside of the US for processing that’s cheaper. In order to avoid the issue of having a test and being unable to submit it to a court of law, make sure to schedule an office DNA test when applicable. As such, our paternity tests are sent to the DNA Diagnostic Center (DDC), which is accredited with the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies, or AABB.
Step 1
You can get a Home DNA Kit by giving us a call or ordering online. Our experts will be able to explain the process in its entirety so that you may know if an at-Home DNA Kit is right for you. Then, we may be able to ship the kit to your location.
Step 2
Once your Home DNA Kit arrives, you’ll be able to follow the instructions and collect your DNA sample with a simple cheek swab. There will be a prepaid envelope included in your kit which will allow you to send your DNA sample by mail to our lab.
Step 3
You’ll be notified by email and phone call with a breakdown of your results.
