1. Delivery of Results
Copies of test results are sent to Clients via email and, upon request, through U.S. mail. By using our services, the Client understands that Face DNA Test, its affiliates, contractors, distributors, and suppliers are not responsible for how results are accessed or how individuals may react upon receiving them.
2. Access to Results
Test results and order information are accessible by the Client who ordered the service. In cases where the participant is a minor or a legally incompetent adult, results may also be shared with the legal guardian, even if that guardian did not directly participate in the testing.
3. Communication by Email or Text
We may use email or SMS/text messaging to provide status updates regarding your order. Because these forms of communication are not always secure, we limit the amount of personal information included. By choosing to communicate through these channels, the Client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with email or text message communication.
4. Data Storage and Sharing
All data, forms, and other information provided to Face DNA Test may be stored in both electronic and paper formats. This information may be accessed by Face DNA Test staff, contractors, and regulatory agencies as required by laboratory accreditation standards or by law. Trusted contractors may be provided limited access to information strictly for the purpose of delivering services.
5. Collection for Facial Recognition Services
By submitting photographs or related information, the Client authorizes Face DNA Test and its contractors to use such data in order to provide Facial Recognition Services. If the photos involve a minor or legally incompetent adult, the Client confirms they have the legal authority to provide consent and assumes all related responsibilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees to hold harmless Face DNA Test, FaceIT DNA Technology LLC, and all associated parties—including contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates—against any claims or injuries resulting from the use of services or from providing information through our website or applications.
7. Use of Information for Development and Research
Face DNA Test and its contractors may use anonymized information or biological samples to improve existing services or develop new testing methods. This may include scientific research, validation of technology, or publication of non-identifiable findings. The Client understands that submitting information does not entitle them to any rights, ownership, or compensation arising from resulting technologies or research outcomes.
8. Information We Collect
When using our services, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your:

- Phone number (optional, but recommended for communication)
- Mailing address
- Photographs voluntarily submitted for testing services
This information is collected through our website forms or mobile app submissions. Data is used solely to complete requested services and deliver results via email or app dashboard. Logging in is not required to use our mobile applications.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
We may engage third-party companies or individuals to help us provide our services. These providers may access personal information only as needed to perform their roles and are contractually required to protect and safeguard user data. This may include analytics tools, advertising networks, SDKs, or related entities that operate under the same privacy standards and data protection guidelines.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data collected is retained for up to one year to allow Clients to access reports in case they lose the originals.
- Clients may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us at support@facednatest.com.
- Once a valid request is received, Face DNA Test will permanently delete user data, except where retention is legally required.
11. Revoking Consent
Clients may withdraw consent for the use of their personal data at any time. Withdrawal requests should be sent via email to support@facednatest.com.
