By using our services, the Client understands that Face DNA Test, its affiliates, contractors, distributors, and suppliers are not responsible for how results are accessed or how individuals may react upon receiving them.

2. Access to Results

Test results and order information are accessible by the Client who ordered the service. In cases where the participant is a minor or a legally incompetent adult, results may also be shared with the legal guardian, even if that guardian did not directly participate in the testing.

3. Communication by Email or Text

We may use email or SMS/text messaging to provide status updates regarding your order. Because these forms of communication are not always secure, we limit the amount of personal information included. By choosing to communicate through these channels, the Client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with email or text message communication.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

All data, forms, and other information provided to Face DNA Test may be stored in both electronic and paper formats. This information may be accessed by Face DNA Test staff, contractors, and regulatory agencies as required by laboratory accreditation standards or by law. Trusted contractors may be provided limited access to information strictly for the purpose of delivering services.

5. Collection for Facial Recognition Services

By submitting photographs or related information, the Client authorizes Face DNA Test and its contractors to use such data in order to provide Facial Recognition Services. If the photos involve a minor or legally incompetent adult, the Client confirms they have the legal authority to provide consent and assumes all related responsibilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to hold harmless Face DNA Test, and all associated parties—including contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates—against any claims or injuries resulting from the use of services or from providing information through our website or applications.

7. Use of Information for Development and Research

Face DNA Test and its contractors may use anonymized information or biological samples to improve existing services or develop new testing methods. This may include scientific research, validation of technology, or publication of non-identifiable findings. The Client understands that submitting information does not entitle them to any rights, ownership, or compensation arising from resulting technologies or research outcomes.
