Facial Similarity Analysis analyzes visible facial features only and does not extract DNA, does not analyze genetic material, and cannot confirm biological relationships. Results are similarity estimates only and are intended for informational purposes.
Uploaded photographs may be processed using automated biometric software solely to perform requested services. Clients submitting images represent and warrant that they have the legal authority and consent from the individuals depicted in the images to submit them for analysis. Face IT DNA Technology LLC does not sell biometric identifiers or facial recognition data to third parties.
Submitted photographs or related data may be used internally to validate and improve facial similarity technology. This may include comparing facial similarity results with confirmed DNA testing outcomes where available. Such validation activities may involve aggregated or anonymized data. Face IT DNA Technology LLC does not use customer data to develop unrelated artificial intelligence systems or products outside of the services requested.
Uploaded images and associated service data may be stored securely for operational purposes including service delivery, system monitoring, and quality assurance.
Authorized partners or licensed resellers may submit photographs through Face IT DNA technology platforms. These partners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose photographs are submitted.
