At Face DNA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Face DNA Laboratory. Approved refunds may be subject to applicable administrative or processing fees.

When using our services, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your:

• ● Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a payment is made in full and the scheduled appointment is later canceled, a cancellation fee will apply:

• ● $25 cancellation fee for post-birth DNA testing services
• ● $200 non-refundable cancellation fee for non-invasive prenatal (before-birth) DNA testing
• ● No refunds will be issued once testing services have been completed, initiated, or if a Face DNA testing kit or supplies have already been shipped.
• ● Cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment are not eligible for a refund.
• ● If a sample recollection is required by the laboratory and the participant declines or is unable to provide a new sample, no refund will be granted.
• ● All Face DNA testing services include an estimated turnaround time listed on our website. These timelines are approximate and may vary due to scientific or laboratory factors. Results may be delivered sooner or later than estimated.
• ● Once laboratory testing has begun, refunds are no longer available.
• ● By purchasing and using Face DNA services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
